Description

In contrast to the ’wild’ party life of Pattaya, things are much more tranquil in Jomtien. Although there are hundreds of bars and massage parlours here too, everything is more idyllic and quieter, and the many restaurants are generally more inviting and are mainly located on the 6 km long beach promenade between Pratumnak and NaJomtien. The promenade is currently being widened and the entire Beach Road has become a one-way street (at least for the time being). From the morning fish market to at least 3 night markets, everything is within easy walking distance!

Jomtien is also a place that is popular with Thai families, especially at weekends! Due to its western orientation, spectacular sunsets can be seen almost every evening..

And Jomtien is likely to continue to be an up-and-coming holiday resort: The beautification of Beach Road and the widening of the beach promenade is in full swing, 3 new high tower projects such as the AROM Jomtien, SEASPIRE Jomtien and the COPACABANA Coral Reef as well as various others (e.g. SKYPARK LUCEAN) are projected or already under construction and will be added successively over the next 3 years. And the foundation stone for the ICON SIAM shopping mall, already familiar from Bangkok, has now been laid directly at the well-known OCEAN MARINA (approx. 12 km away)...

THE GALLERY CONDOMINIUM

The two condominiums are located in a quiet private connecting road between Beach Road and Second Road, 200 metres from the beach and 150 metres from Second Road, so that the public baht buses/songthaews are also easily accessible (10 baht taxi), which can take you to Pattaya or even Naklua, for example. Destinations that are a little further away or outside the public route can be reached for little money with the extremely inexpensive BOLT motorbike or car taxis (usually €1 to €2). there are plenty of 7Eleven and Tops daily supermarkets, the inexpensive TT Currency Exchange exchange counters, bars/restaurants, massage shops, laundries etc. in the immediate vicinity, a bus connection to Bangkok is 0.5 km away and the bus station to Suvarnabhumi Airport is 1.5 km away.

THE GALLERY CONDOMINIUM consists of four 8-storey buildings, each with approx. 80 residential units (296 units in total, completed in 2012), and several additional town houses.

Each of the 4 buildings has its own rooftop pool on the 8th floor with fantastic sea views, gym/fitness and small sauna room, and there is 24-hour security for the entire complex. WLAN is a matter of course in the buildings and the condos, and there is also ample parking for cars and motorbikes.

The highlight of each of the swimming pools is that there are only 7 sunbeds/spaces each, so that you are usually alone here or have to share it with a maximum of 2-3 other people!
